On October 16, Dickinson lost a game against A.I. Dupont Middle School in girls’ volleyball. According to two of the volleyball players, sixth graders Ami Plymyer and Soleil Xavier, and the head coach of the girls’ volleyball team, Mr. Tucker, they needed to work on their serves. They lost 0-2, losing the first period with a score of 25-14 and the second period by 25-23. The game broke the losing streak of the opposing team, A.I. Dupont Middle School, who had lost their last four games.
